Use this page when you need help with account access, setup, billing, training, data export, security questions, or an issue inside a customer workspace.
Email support@bearmaintenance.net with the page name, affected record, and what you expected to happen.
What To Include
- Your shop or company name.
- The page you were using, such as Customers, Quotes / RFQs, Job Workspace, Operator Kiosk, Reports, Billing, or Account.
- The affected record number when available, such as ticket number, machine code, quote number, customer PO, job number, part number, or inventory item.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot when it helps explain the issue, with sensitive information removed if possible.
Account And Privacy Requests
For access, correction, export, deletion, privacy, or security questions, email support@bearmaintenance.net. Bear Maintenance may need to verify the requester and may route workspace data requests through the customer shop administrator.
